A great opportunity became available for a Personal Assistant with fluent Russian and English languages to join an Italian-based firm dedicated to social media and PR activities. The PA role is fully remote, so we consider candidates based anywhere. Italian language of any level would be a great bonus.
You will be managing business and personal affairs, and we are searching for a motivated, reliable, and task-focused Personal Assistant with relevant experience. This role will be responsible for performing private PA duties, administrative tasks, personal affairs and general support.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management
- General administrative duties including filing and management
- Co-ordination of ad-hoc tasks
- Manage personal engagements and general private lifestyle matters
- Booking and confirming complex travel arrangements, relevant emigration and health forms, including producing comprehensive travel itineraries, flights, hotels, cars and visas
- Manage and handle private real estate invoices, bills and maintenance
- Private correspondence professing, filing and management
- Notes and correspondence proofreading and editing
- Planning and organising family events
- Searching and booking of fitness, health and beauty treatments
- Day to day administrative tasks
Skills and competencies:
- Previous experience in a PA role, where you undertook private PA responsibilities and managed VIP lifestyle
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Russian, including grammatical proficiency
- Italian would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with tasks effectively and politely
- Thorough organisational, planning and administrative skills
