We are currently looking for a Russian speaking Receptionist/Executive Assistant to join Investment company based in London. Would you like to add value, use your language skills and become a valuable team member?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests, making tea/ coffee for guests and directors
- managing online and paper filing systems
- recording office expenditure and manage the budget
- organizing the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- checking that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and reviewing and updating policies
- dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- photocopying and printing various documents
- organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- creating and maintaining filing and other office systems
- keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- booking meeting room and conference facilities
- organizing travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
- policy development and documentation
- Preparing expense reports
Experience and qualifications required:
- Proven track record of hands-on Receptionist/ EA or Office Manager experience
- Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent business and personal reputation, consistent with commitment to abide to SCM’s Code of Ethics (https://sustainability.scm.com.ua/ru/csr_areas/business_ethics_and_corp_governance/code_of_ethics/) and other global internal policies of SCM
- Discretion and sensitivity to challenges in geographies where SCM companies operate
- Desired experience in administrative support roles
- Business administration/business management
- Fluency in English, Russian and, preferably, Ukrainian languages, to be able to maintain full rapport with the senior management and colleagues in SCM’s affiliated offices
- Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting is a plus
