This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Russian-speaking professional with a strong interest in real estate and a passion for high-level client service to join an established company with a great track record and excellent reputation and help take it to the next level of growth.

You will be the CEO’s trusted person when it comes to residential revenue generation. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who loves to develop business and connections and lead your team from the front.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of residential sales and high-end rental consultants
  • Run regular sales and business meetings with fee-earners
  • Analyse and assign new leads to fee-earners by the company policies
  • Work on select client instructions for sales, acquisitions and rental searches of high-end residential properties
  • Occasionally arrange and carry out viewings for select clients
  • Innovate to offer new services and marketing ideas to the clients and internally
  • Work with your team to achieve high levels of performance and successful outcomes for our clients over the course of each transaction
  • Oversee and sign off on the following activities of the sales team: regular reports and updates to clients, preparation of comparable reports and valuations, pitches and presentations to new prospects, contract and transaction negotiations
  • Maintain and grow referrals and professional partner relationships
  • Proactively connect with other market players – agents, developers, consultants to build and maintain a strong network and create opportunities for business growth
  • Regularly report and present to the CEO on your team’s performance and deal status, together work to build the team and company revenue in your area
  • Work with the Operations Director on regular pipeline review and expected revenues through the use of deal tracking CRM system
  • Work with Anti-Money Laundering Manager to ensure compliance of your team’s actions and client checks
  • Ensure that relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to by your team and offer SOP improvements when necessary
  • Organise, support and keep track of the team’s learning and personal growth schedule, hold monthly 1-2-1 development meetings with your team
  • Supervise and approve when necessary your team’s work-from-home and vacation schedules
  • Work with the HR manager on people management processes
  • Supervise invoicing and expenses approvals when necessary
  • Maximise the usage of all paid portals and systems by your team

Key Skills

  • Fluency in English and Russian (essential)
  • Strong ability to lead people in client execution and project progression through sharing your expertise and positive attitude – minimum 1 year sales team management experience required
  • Self-starter qualities with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a small entrepreneurial team
  • Organised and with an eye for detail as well as the ability to prioritise
  • Technically savvy, able to learn new systems fast
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and offer solutions
  • Resilient, positive, friendly and a team player
  • High level of energy with a strong desire to succeed and develop in the field
  • Property background in London would be ideal; elsewhere – an advantage; if neither – a strong proven track record in another luxury service and sales area would also be considered along with a dream of getting into real estate and working for it
  • Great reputation, ideally a strong personal profile and brand – or willingness to build them
