A brilliant opportunity has arisen in a London property investment company for a property accountant. Responsibilities will include conducting bank reconciliations, raising rent, insurance, service charges to tenants and registering rent deposits with TDS. You will be completing annual and quarterly service charge reconciliations complete with balance sheet and extended trial balance, as well as 6 monthly service charge and actual expenditure to budgeted reporting, detailing variances and writing reports to clients and tenants. You will also be responsible for weekly client reporting, VAT reconciliation and be the first point of contact for the client and tenants.
Candidate Specification:
• Minimum 2 years of Tramps software experience
• Knowledge of systems and processes
• A strong personality
• Career orientated nature
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Russian language would be a bonus (but not essential)
