This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a young company with room for the candidate to expand into other areas, if desired, including, helping on M&A transactions, research on specific regulatory initiatives and new jurisdictions, group corporate structuring, employment law, and LTIP issues. It’s a part-time position working 2 or 3 days a week. TBD but a minimum of 1 or 2 days a week in the office and another day could be WFH subject to periodic review.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Reporting direct to the GC
• Advise and assist in preparing UK board and shareholder resolutions
• Companies House filings
• Maintaining company registers
• Preparing documentation for capital increases and inter-company financings (shareholder loans)
• Managing corporate governance of non-UK affiliates, including liaising with external corporate service providers
• Legal advice and support on NDAs
• Legal advice and support on commercial contracts
• Liaising with external counsel
