This is a great opportunity for an administrative candidate to join a lovely team within the Real Estate development and investment company based in the heart of London. They offer flexibly working with 2-3 days opportunity to work from home. The team is vibrant and diverse, and they would love to welcome an additional administrator to support their Head of Operations and Controls.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Operations with all on-going organisational matters, including liaising with suppliers, arranging supply lists, organising financial data
- Administering deliveries, liaising with estate managers, controlling the stocks and supplies
- Special project work – arranging the sale of various one-off decorative pieces for various properties in the UK
- Managing Head of Operations’ diary and assisting with the local travel
- Email and correspondence management
- Office administrative responsibilities
- Liaising with other senior members of the team
- Conducting stock, deliveries and basic financial reports
- Assisting with various private lifestyle matters
- Assisting in organising team events
- Working closely with Senior PAs on resolving various project and team matters
- Office management and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Property management and maintenance arrangements
You will be:
- A candidate who is interested in developing within an operational role
- 1 year plus administrative and/or PA experience in the UK
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
- Flexible, down to earth, organised approach to any given task
- Responsible and reliable attitude
- Team player
- Good command of Ms Office, including intermediate Excel skills
