From day one as Operations and Team Assistant, you will have a great impact on the business and become a driving force and a backbone for the team. The main areas of focus for this role will be supporting the Investment Director and the Executive team in all admin tasks, including managing the business environment, supporting transactions, obtaining information and sharing it with relevant parties.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including arranging meetings, writing meeting summaries and logging action items etc.
- Support management team in all admin requirements
- National and international travel arrangements including booking trains, flights, accommodation, and transportation for various team members
- Various admin projects as required
- Oversee and support all business functions of the office to ensure a smooth business operation
- Basic HR responsibilities – recruitment and onboarding, HR records keeping, coordinating teamwork
- General HR responsibilities – policies and procedures, employee welfare, company events etc.
- Suppliers’ relations and maintenance management
- Database management – archiving various company documents, creating a sustainable document management system
- Arranging and managing the team’s expenses and payments
- Working closely with an accountant in regard to payments management, invoicing and receipts management
Ideally, you will be/have
- 1-3 years of support experience – reception, administration, team support, PA

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, friendly and welcoming

- An Eastern European or European language is a bonus, but not a must
