This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has strong organisational skills and can run a small office entirely by him/herself. Small and ambitious trading house is looking for an OM/PA right now!
You will be responsible for design and implementation of all office procedures and policies, processing office payments and invoices, help an Accountant when required, mange travel arrangements and diaries of the senior team members (up to three people with concentration on support to the CEO), arrange bank transfers, order office supplies and develop health and safety policy. You will also be liaising with HNW shareholders, assisting in logistical processes and supporting some project related work when required.
An ideal candidate will be/have:
– 2 years plus experience in the PA and Office Management roles – preferably UK based experience;
– Ability to communicate effectively with HNW shareholders, client etc.;
– Polished interpersonal skills;
– Strong problem solving ability;
– Great oral and written skills in English and Russian;
– Good Ms Office skills;
– Attention to detail.
