This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has strong organisational skills and can run a small office entirely by him/herself. Top class international asset management firm is looking for an OM right now!
You will be responsible for design and implementation of all office procedures and policies, processing office payments and invoices, help an Accountant when required, manage a Receptionist and a PA, help out with travel arrangements and diaries of the senior team members if required, arrange bank transfers, open accounts and order office supplies and develop health and safety policy. You will also be liaising with HNW clients, assisting in events organisation and supporting some project related work – a great opportunity to get involved and use your potential!
An ideal candidate will be/have:
– 3-5 years plus experience in the Operational/ Office Management role(s);
– Ability to communicate effectively with HNW clients;
– Polished interpersonal skills;
– Strong problem solving ability;
– Great oral and written skills in English;
– Advanced Ms Office skills;
– Attention to detail;
– Russian language skills is a great advantage.
