Are you an experienced Administrator/PA/Office Manager with strong and solid background, eye to detail and superb organisational skills? Would you like to work and live in Luxembourg, where people enjoy their lifestyle?
Our client is an international company with offices and operations all over the world. They need an important addition to their family feel office in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for overall administration and management of the office, will support a few international directors with their busy travel arrangements and diaries, will do some projects support, interpreting and translation and will be able to get really involved in the business and logistics. Also you will be working in a close-nit team of the brightest minds, will be travelling a few times a year and will have an opportunity to shine.

– Preferably an EU passport;
– Fluent English and Russian, any level of French is a great plus;
– Strong, solid experience in an administrative/PA/OM role(s);
– Definite desire to live and work in Luxembourg;
