This is a great opportunity for a receptionist/administrator with fluent Russian and English language skills with at least 1 year of administrative office-based experience in the UK to join a financial company based in the heart of London as their Office Support Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the financial, legal and management teams with diary management and arranging meetings and travel
- Answer phones/receptionist for visitors/meeting support
- Holidays register, sick leave records, absence on business recording
- Liaising with mobile and tech providers re rates, devises etc.
- Archiving and filing documents, maintaining documents database
- All associated admin duties – correspondence, typing letters and emails, support at the meetings
- Organise all logistics for the MD for his international travel – booking flights and accommodation, taxis and drivers, arranging visas when necessary
- Invoice cost management and records maintenance
- Manage the smooth running of the office by ensuring all equipment works and is properly maintained
- Liaise with all external property/landlord agencies for repairs and access to the office
- Oversee the security of the office and control all keys etc.
- Ensure that all stationery requirements are managed and sufficient stocks of essentials maintained in the office
Ideally, you will be/have
- At least 1 year office-based administrative/support experience in the UK
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Knowledge of the UK business culture
- Attention to detail and organised approach
- A degree is preferred
