We have a great opportunity for a Russian – English speaking Office Administrator / PA to join a Real Estate company based in Central London. The role will be supporting Director of Real Estate with a range of duties, including estates’ management and office administration.
The successful Candidate will have:
Strong communication skills in both English and Russian
Multitasking and time-management skills
Key responsibilities:
Admin / PA daily tasks
Dairy / Schedule Management
Utility Bills management
Rent report preparation on monthly basis
Arranging and working with household maintenance suppliers (cleaners, plumbers, carpenters etc.)
Office administrative requests
Work closely with interior contractors
Help to order items for interior projects
Track ordered deliveries
Basic help with concierge services for clients
