Our client specialising in educational excellence is now looking for a part-time (has to be London-based) Marketing professional to support their continued international expansion.
They are looking for an all-round, highly proactive and creative marketing executive with 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing. You will play an important role in promoting the client’s educational brand through partnerships, influencers and paid campaigns, as well as assisting the Marketing Manager with events, copywriting and organisation of integrated promotion campaigns. You will help our team to build brand awareness in international markets and support the reputation as the top training provider in its niche.
Responsibilities:
The role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Partnerships:
- Find and fully manage partnerships, prepare visuals and write copy for cross-promotional campaigns.
- Influencers:
- Signing contracts with new influencers, updating expired contracts
- Liaising with the Accounts and key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Communicating with the influencers, answering questions, sharing content for promotion
- Approaching new influencers.
- Paid search and paid social:
- Prepare content for paid search and paid social campaigns, including visuals, texts, landing pages, etc.
- Work on paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Yandex Direct) alongside an external agency
- Monitoring the performance, adjusting campaigns to optimise its performance
- Reporting the results of the campaigns weekly
- Liaising with the Accounts and key stakeholders for invoices, payments and budget approval.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in:
- Preparing online events
- Getting and editing testimonials for social media platforms and the website
- Copywriting
- Creating visuals for events
- Organizing integrated marketing campaigns, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Russian language to mother tongue standard
- Impeccable literacy in both Russian and English languages
- An eye for detail and high accuracy – can proofread and improve both written copy and graphics
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing for international markets
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills
- Highly proactive approach to work – you would contribute ideas of the content, promotion campaigns, partnerships, paid ads, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player with the ability to build and leverage relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload, meeting deadlines and operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally, the person will be interested in natural therapies, health, naturopathy, nutrition or related fields.
