We are actively seeking a Senior Sales Manager who possesses an intricate knowledge of luxury watch brands. The successful candidate will exhibit an in-depth comprehension of the luxury watch market, fluency in both English and German, and a history of effectively collaborating with dealers to spur business development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Strategy:
  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the luxury watch market.
  • Utilize sales techniques to meet sales objectives and elevate brand reputation.
  1. Dealer Relations:
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and prospective dealers.
  • Broker terms, prices, and consignments with dealers, ensuring beneficial profitability for both parties.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Continually monitor market tendencies and adapt strategies in response.
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ actions and strategize to maintain a competitive edge.
  1. Price Management:
  • Possess a thorough understanding of optimal pricing mechanisms and commission-centric business models.
  • Partner with the financial department to ensure pricing approaches are in harmony with the broader company objectives.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Direct, inspire, and educate the sales team, ensuring they’re equipped to hit their goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English. German and/or Russian languages are desirable.
  • Robust grasp of the luxury watch sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of optimal pricing structures and commission-driven business models.
  • Demonstrated leadership and sales prowess, with an accent on visionary thinking.
  • Aptitude for networking and forging connections with luxury watch dealers.
  • Adeptness in discerning market shifts and recalibrating strategies accordingly.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is favored.
