Our client is now looking for a bright Receptionist, a 2nd- 3rd jobber with some administrative, creative or accounts assistant experience to join their top management team in their head office in London. You will become a first point of contact for the management team, will be dealing will all administrative and organisational matters, supplies and office management. Also you will assist the CEO, CFO and Marketing Director with some basic accounts, marketing presentations, researches and other paperwork. You will be dealing with some PA requests like travel arrangements and diary management. You have to become a true part of this close-nit team, ne helpful and really involve yourself in some business matters.
Ideally you will be a well presented and very well spoken candidate (English to mother tongue standard, plus you have to understand Russian too). You will be a bright candidate with ability to get involved in different projects. A degree in the UK is highly desirable, as well as some administrative, marketing or basic accounts assistant experience.
