This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with understanding of the commercial world and willing to commit to the five week fixed contract in a private office based in Mayfair.

You will be responsible for the documents management, working alongside a legal associate. You will be reviewing, drafting, amending legal contracts, confidentiality agreements, liaising with third party suppliers, bankers, executive international teams, negotiating deals, arranging purchases and monitoring legality of various commercial matters.
