Responsibilities:
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell companies provided services
- Confidently use communication and negotiation skills with clients via phone
- Collect & analyse client information
- Acquire, maintain and record accurate product & regulatory knowledge
- Ensure statutory and company regulations are followed
- Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Requirements:
- Sales experience over 1-2 years within the legal services sector is advantageous
- Proven understanding of sales performance metrics
- Fluent English Speaker (Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients or business partners
- Interest in business development
- Self-motivated and driven by success
- Confident when meeting clients and business partners
- Competency in working towards successful business audits
- Keeping up to date on regulatory knowledge as appropriate for the role
