This is a great opportunity for a PA who would like to grow within an entrepreneurial environment, acquire new skills and become a valuable team member and work with an exciting international businessman whose mission is to expand in the UK.

The role will initially start with working from home, and one of your first tasks will be to find a suitable office in Central London. Once the office is established, you will work from the office most of the time, you will take part in the recruitment processes to secure new team members and support the Principal with various business-related tasks, varying from research to assisting with various investment opportunities.


  • Diary management and meetings coordination
  • Travel and business trips arrangements
  • Searching for office space in Central London, negotiating contracts and setting up the office – design, furniture, office supplies etc.
  • Arranging processes in the office – from filing and computer systems to invoice management
  • Hiring necessary contractors and service providers when required
  • Liaising with banks, accountants and legal service providers
  • Assisting the Principal and his family with settling in the UK – helping with school arrangements, booking personal events and meetings, arranging travel and social calendar
  • Various shopping arrangements
  • Basic accounting – invoice keeping, numbers reporting, confirming budgets and reporting business and personal expenses
  • Professional correspondence in English, email management, documents reviews and responses accordingly
  • Business-related research
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Ideally, you will be/have

  • 2 years plus PA experience, ideally gained in London/UK
  • A business degree is desirable
  • English language skills to native standard
  • Confident communication skills and ability to talk at all levels
  • Great organisational skills
  • Flexible attitude
  • Responsible approach
  • Professionalism at all times
