This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working HR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the field, preferably in the UK based company. The position is offered by a well-established, extremely fast-growing consulting firm which provides a full range of consulting services, including immigration, accounting and property management, thus offering a complete relocation package for both individuals and businesses. With a range of qualified speakers of English, Chinese, Russian as well as other languages at their disposal, they are able to provide timely and accurate guidance to all clients, irrespective of nationality.

As a Russian Speaking HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the generation and monitoring of employment contracts, including employment agreements, compliance/resignation forms, monthly and yearly staff reports according to the UK standards. In addition, you will be required to set up HR policies for the organisation and might be involved in payrolls, labour and salary market analysis. You will also be required to create employee handbooks and assess the employee performance on a regular basis.

In addition, you will be involved in office management. You will be responsible for the smooth administrative operation of the Company, communicating with the suppliers/contractors and making sure the Company gets the best terms and conditions, finding and setting up the relationships with new suppliers/contractors for various projects (office refurbishment, furniture, IT and communication (IT equipment, mobile phone contracts, etc), security equipment, stationery, food supply, etc.), liaising with other administrative assistants and receptionists.

A successful candidate will be/have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in HR industry
  • An HRM degree from a recognized UK university
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • A legal background would be a bonus
  • Knowledge of UK labour law
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken, Russian is a bonus
  • Be a self-starter with strong willingness and ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong IT skills
  • Familiar with payroll systems
