This is a great opportunity for a high calibre household manager with understanding of luxury household processes and superb people management skills. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the property and will be responsible for management of household personnel (drivers, housekeepers, tutors) in Central London, preparing rota and schedules, dealing with payroll and various HR issues, and timely reporting your achievements to the Principal. You would also carry out Personal Assistant responsibilities such as arranging maintenance works/new designs within the estate, liaising with third party suppliers on daily basis, negotiating deals for works and replacements, arranging insurances, coordinating various events, budgeting for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, dealing with expenses and various invoices, managing various building, IT and organisational projects.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
– Household Management experience ideally in the UK/EU
– Excellent English
– Superb organisational abilities, high level of management skills
– Knowledge of ‘where and how’ things are done/arranged in the UK
– Trustworthy, flexible and down to earth approach
– ‘Can do’ attitude
– Eye to detail
