This is a great opportunity for a high calibre household manager with understanding of luxury household processes and superb people management skills. You will be responsible for management of household personnel in Central London, preparing rota and schedules, dealing with salaries and bonuses, reporting achievements to the Principal, dealing with holidays, replacements, hires and recruitment, arranging maintenance works/new designs within the estate, liaising with third party suppliers on daily basis, negotiating deals for works and replacements, arranging insurances, coordinating various events, budgeting for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, dealing with expenses and various invoices, managing various building, IT and organisational projects.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
– Household Management experience ideally in the UK/EU
– Fluent English and good level of Russian
– Superb organisational abilities, high level of management skills
– Knowledge of ‘where and how’ things are done/arranged in the UK
– Trustworthy, flexible and down to earth approach
– ‘Can do’ attitude
– Eye to detail
