This is a fantastic opportunity for a Russian-speaking Accountant/Treasury senior specialist with sound knowledge of various jurisdictional corporate services and associated corporate structures to join a growing financial services international firm as a fully-remote specialist. Ideally, we are looking at candidates based in the EU, or possibly the UK, with proven qualifications and a track record of working in financial services and/or managing complicated corporate structures, including managing wealth and financial operations for HNW families across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the profitability of transactions, coordination of each transaction with the assistance of international client relationship managers
- Determining the transaction strategy, agreeing with the manager on the transaction pricing strategy, tracking transactions (through most suitable companies, banks, payment systems)
- Analysis and coordination of costs, connections with the transaction (suppliers, banks, other expenses)
- Conducting reconciliations of completed transactions, checking customer balances and financial balances
- Monthly preparation of financial and transactional reports
- Liquidity control and management
- Risk management – maintaining client balances in the client’s original currencies
- Monthly performance analysis
- Analysing and goal setting for an appropriate team in order to onboard and delegate the financial position
- Entering financial information into the AGORA system
Key skills
- Ideally, you will be a business-savvy professional with experience of working as Treasurer in an international financial company/financial services/HNW private office with a complex corporate structure
- Higher education in economics and/or finance or accounting
- Knowledge of the various corporate structures at the international level
- Knowledge of English at least C1, fluent Russian language skills
- Skills in Bitrix 24 are desirable
- Sound negotiation skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent analytical skills and pragmatic approach, good eye for detail
- Ability to work independently
- Complex problem-solving skills: critical thinking, ability to take into account multiple factors and make optimal decisions in complex conditions
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a remote team, ability to accept and negotiate different points of view to achieve a common outcome
- Time management and effective completion of tasks and projects: planning, goal setting, prioritising and delegating various tasks, ability to work within a limited time frame
