We are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales Manager to join a well-established financial company in the heart of London. An ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the FX & CFD sector as well as speak fluent Mandarin. You will be reporting to the UK CEO & Business Development in Hong Kong and work from home due to the Covid-19. Moreover, there will be also some flexibility in terms of working hours and remote opportunities once lockdown is over.
Responsibilities:
- Build up Retail client base and volumes for the company
- Starting off with UK & EU clients initially moving on to other countries
- Developing strategy with management for getting new clients on board
- Working closely with other offices in the Holding Group including Head Office in Sydney & Business Development team in Hong Kong
- Help the business to bring in new salespeople as the number of clients increases the team would be reporting to this person
- Setting budgets for sales & marketing expenditure
- Promoting the brand as a key facet of the company
Requirements:
- Ideally someone with a book of clients already that can bring into the business
- Sales background and network of knowing how to build a Retail offering and onboard clients
- FX & CFD Brokerage experience
- Mandarin speaker preferred as would help to liaise with management in Australia & Hong Kong Business Development
- English speakers and other language speakers also considered if can demonstrate what they can bring to the role
- Head of Sales position at the moment or someone looking to step up into that role
- Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader MT4 platform and OneZero aggregator
- Leadership skills to motivate a team and set the right example and culture
- Familiarity with FCA and other EU regulations
