The goal of this role is to develop and manage ongoing relationships with corporate firms in London helping to facilitate positive engagement with the clients and continuous business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key-strategy clients – various corporate firms in London
- Manage the partnership strategy and ensure clients’ satisfaction with the company service
- Obtain and attend clients’ meetings
- Negotiate and acquire contracts
- Lead business development strategy
- Work closely with the sales team on the delivery of potential clients
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure solid business development strategy
- Tracking, analysing and managing the performance of each business relationship
- Leadership of the sales team and performance management
- Management reporting function
Requirements
- Sound expertise in corporate sales – similar London-based experience
- Happy to be ‘on your feet’ and establish relationships through personal interactions and meetings with top management
- Experience in proposition development and business development strategy, as well as strong deal origination and deal closing skills
- Positive and determined attitude
- Team management skills
