Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Identifying and exploring market opportunities, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy
- Building the project’s financial model and product presentation for the company’s management
- Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning, set up KPI metrics for the product
- Establish timelines and product benchmarks
- Develop data and analytics roadmap
- Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals
- Collaborate with product leaders to establish timeline workflows and goals
- Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
- Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of product management, product lifecycle, commercial aspects of the product development
- Previous experience as a product manager in forex/trading area, previous work in Forex companies is considered as a plus
- Solid understanding of the forex risk management, trading conditions, anti-fraud
- Deep knowledge MT4, MT5 or other platform is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge in the software development area, previous experience in an Agile environment
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
