This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a well established company in Central London. As head of Corporate Services department you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management, finance quality control and smooth operations, the provision of accounting and corporate services in more than 20 jurisdictions, advising entrepreneurs on asset structuring on a global basis, protection of assets ownership, corporate governance and international taxes.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Full range of accounting and advisory services to international clients – off-shore and on-shore companies;

– Corporate services in formation and maintenance of off-shore and on-shore companies;

– Jurisdiction selection, establishment and dissolution of offshore and onshore companies;

– Utilising double tax treaties,OECD rules, international corporate and tax law for tax planning solutions;

– Advice and establishment of offshore trusts and foundations in a variety of jurisdictions, if required;

– Conducting complex due diligence and analysis of assets to be transferred to trusts and family foundations;

– Supervising team of 5 people and liaising with other departments of the company and relevant service providers;

– Developing corporate services practice for Russian and CIS clients;

– Practical and essential supporting services to clients regarding assets structuring and assets protection, family governance and risk mitigation;

– Facilitating the proper and efficient administration of the client’s international assets;

– Developing and maintaining client relationships;

– Implement and monitor proper KYC and AML policies;

– Opening and monitoring of bank account opening;

– Act as a director and team leader of the company.

To succeed in this role you will need to be/have:

– ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with relevant degree

– Tax advice qualifications and experience would be an advantage

– Extensive accounting experience in corporate business management with similar responsibilities in corporate administration off-shore and on-shore

– Proven team leader with great communication skills

– Client oriented attitude and ability to win new businesses

– Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

– Fluent Russian and English (both written and verbal)
