This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to join a well-established international payment provider company as the Head of the Audit Department. You will be reporting to the Head of the Finance Department. The goal of the role is to ensure timely submission of reports for entrusted companies, maintain registries, provide documents to auditors on a monthly basis, analyse the financial condition of project companies monthly, and oversee an employee who creates invoices and conducts bank statement entries in 1C software.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring there are no complaints or remarks from government institutions
• Ensuring there is timely provision of documents to auditors
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations for collecting, preparing, and providing data to audit firms
• Ensuring smooth department operations
• Accounting and financial reporting of companies
• Working with accountants/auditors of companies
• Monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting of companies
• Oversight of bank statement entries in 1C software; including generating invoices for companies upon requests from the RM department
• Providing a package of documents to auditors on a monthly basis
• Analysing the financial condition of project companies on a monthly basis
• Organising electronic signature of documents by FYE
• VAT checking and reporting, analysing and forecasting tax payments
• Internal corporate work and reporting
• Participation in preparing financial databases and improving the system

Key Skills

• Higher education in accounting/economics/finance
• At least 5 years of experience in a position as a senior accountant/senior finance specialist
• Experience in international companies
• Good understanding of accounting systems across different jurisdictions
