We are looking for a Handyman for a private property in Surrey / all-rounder person to assist the
Property Manager with daily tasks in and around the property.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Groundwork
• Garden work
• Drainage work
• General plumbing
• Carpentry (preferably)
• Plastering
• Painting
• Welding (preferably)
• Machinery repairs
• General electrical knowledge
• Pond maintenance/cleaning

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Must be a good team player
• Enthusiastic and keen to adapt to different projects
• Attention to detail and cleanliness are essential
• Driving licence and car essential
• Spoken English
• Russian would be an advantage

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm

OTHER DETAILS:

• Live-out position
• The job is at a private estate based in Surrey (nearest train station is Haslemere)
