A well-established London-based service provider to corporate clients is looking for an experienced Group Financial Director to manage their financial head-office function based in the UK. You will become a part of a diverse high-performance team and report directly to the CEO of the group of companies worldwide. Key responsibilities:
- Full ownership and accountability of the group’s finance function and personnel
- Manage overall budget and forecasting process, including preparation of annual budget
- Management of cash flow and budgeting
- Credit control and invoice issuing
- Liaise with auditors and banks (multiple jurisdictions and currencies)
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls for internal and external audits and risk management
- Financial analysis
- Lead on tax activities, governance, and liaison with HMRC
- Supervision of reconciliation of all bank accounts, credit cards, payroll
- Management reporting, reporting and working closely with the CEO
- Assisting with the year-end accounts
- Advisory role to Board of Directors in terms of strategy
- Broad financial operations management
- Other ad-hoc duties related to finance function within the group
Essential Skills:
- Min 5 years experience as a Financial Manager managing financial information and a team of accountants and finance assistants
- Ideally based in the UK without visa restrictions
- Relevant education within finance or business administration
- Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA is the key requirement for this role
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
- Motivated, organised & analytical
- Good eye for detail and numerical accuracy
