This is a great opportunity for a top level HR professional with corporate background to become a valuable member of a strategic management team of a top international, Ukraine based financial services company. This role requires for an interested candidate to relocate to Kiev, Ukraine.
The Global Head of HR:
• Will be responsible for the delivery and enhancement of existing services and programmes to support business objectives. Tasks include advising management on effective human resource practices across countries and support company expansion in Europe and Asia, recruitment and retention, performance management, talent management, learning and development, oversight of compensation and benefits, expatriation schemes and further development of best practices.
• Will lead a regional team of HR support personnel whose successful ongoing management and development will be a key element of the role.
• Will report direct to the CEO.

Desired Skills & Experience
Applicants should be degree qualified with experience at same/similar level gained in a multinational environment in Europe or the USA. You will need to be fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian with great communication skills, an ability to manage a team and success in showing how HR can add value to the globally developing organisation. You will need to be able to relocate to the Ukraine, Kiev, as well as travel to Europe and Asia when required.
