We are now looking for an experienced Freelance Conference Producer to begin working on two major international Telecom events this summer. You will be involved from the get go on the following:

Identifying and securing potential high-level speakers; speaker acquisition; updating website/agenda accordingly; briefing and working closely with conference and marketing co-ordinators; monitoring speakers’ presentations; working on media partner/association targets and ensuring the smooth running of both events on the day.
Freelance Conference Producer must be/have:
• Excellent communication skills, fluent level of English is a must;
• 2-3 years of Conference Production Experience;
• Exposure/direct involvement with Telecom Events.
