An Account Manager / Business Developer will be responsible for:
- Business development activities, developing client database, establishing new business connections
- Research potential organizations/individuals who might be interested in company’s products, identify new leads and potential new markets
- Ongoing management of accounts, constant communication with existing clients
- Negotiating deals and offers during face-to-face meetings, by phone or by email
- Ensure adequate service level agreements are met in a timely manner to drive client sales
- Increasing product usage and adjusting platforms accordingly
- Dealing with contracts, presentations, proposals and other documentation
- Planning marketing activities, preparing marketing brochures, for business development purposes
- Attending relevant conferences, industry events and meetings in order to establish new connections
- Developing sales goals and ensuring their implementation
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
A suitable candidate for the role will have:
- A proven track record of minimum 3 years’ work experience as an Account Manager/Business Developer in the UK preferably in high-tech industry
- Experience in CRM
- A good sense of business and an interest for high-tech industry
- Analytical skills
- Up-to-native level of English
- Knowledge of Russian is considered a bonus
- Positive, can-do and flexible attitude to work
- Team spirit
- Initiative and confident with good communication and time management skills
