This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PA or an exceptional candidate with the relevant professional or private experience to join an executive management team of enthusiastic financial professionals in an executive support function. It is an office-based role in a stunning Central London location, exhilarating team to support, a friendly environment and exciting projects to be a part of.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation
  • Preparing detailed itineraries, especially for fundraising roadshows where the travel plans will be complicated and extensive
  • Managing and maintaining the executives’ diaries and schedules
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing expense reports
  • Organising data room input
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Assisting with pitchbooks and fund reporting
  • Helping with data management on Excel
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the executives, screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and events including arranging venues, catering, and audio-visual equipment as required
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the executives and the management team

Key Skills

  • 3 plus years of experience in a professional services environment – as a PA, Private PA, TA, OM, Account Manager or similar
  • Keen eye for detail
  • ‘Can do’ proactive attitude
  • Highest standard ore responsibility
  • Flexible during occasional overtime work, if and when required during busy times
  • Excellent Ms Office and Zoom skills
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Looking for a busy and dynamic working environment
