This is a great opportunity for an experienced legal professional with the diverse background within corporate and commercial law with exposure into corporate compliance procedures and knowledge of client on-boarding and KYC procedures.

Our client is a fast-growing investment advisory firm who are now ready to employ an in-house legal specialist who will be able to advice on corporate and commercial transactions, as well as will be overlooking their compliance regulations, establish efficient procedures and tighten internal controls.

The ideal candidate will be:

-UK based and qualified/partly-qualified legal specialist/solicitor

-degree in law ideally from the UK based university

-experience within commercial and corporate law

-exposure into company compliance, knowledge of KYC procedures, ability to establish an effective client onboarding system

-ability to take charge, bring more control and legal organisation to the company’s procedures

-establish policies, assist with transactions, draft contracts and agreements, advise on in-house legal matters, work with clients etc.

-Diligent, organised, responsible self-starter!

– Russian language skills are an advantage
