Our client, an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with FINMA license based in the canton Zug, is looking to onboard a few CRMs to cover various regions: Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. We are looking for candidates with developed books of potential HNW clients totalling 30mln and up.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage extensive market experience and in-depth knowledge of global financial markets and products to cultivate existing and establish new client relationships
- Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust
- Deliver exceptional support services that address client needs, goals, and expectations
- Uphold high standards of client interaction and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations
- Craft compelling marketing materials (e.g., customized presentations) tailored to client needs
- Take ownership of various support tasks, projects, reporting activities, and control functions
- Continuously improve relationship management processes and tools
Key Skills:
- University degree in economics, finance, or banking
- Prior experience as a Relationship Manager or Investment Advisor in the relevant regions within banks or external asset management companies
- Solid professional experience (5+ years) in relationship management with HNWIs
- Extensive network of potential HNW/UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory topics and familiarity with the Swiss/EU legislative framework
- Independent and proactive work style with a willingness to travel frequently and work with a flexible schedule
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
- If the candidate is based abroad, must be willing to relocate to Switzerland
- Consultancy/Remote options may be considered for the right candidate (performance-based)
