This is a great opportunity for an English Speaking, ideally locally-based professional,  well-established Chef, to join a lovely international family in their newly purchased estate in the Heart of Weggis, Switzerland. Ideally, they would like for the Chef to travel to work on a daily basis, so someone who drives and lives around Zurich, in the hourly reach to Weggis, would be a great and comfortable option. The client may also consider relocating the chef if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Creating bespoke meals for the HNW family and occasionally their friend (mostly one person most of the time)
• Creating menus and offering meal ideas
• Confirming any requests with the principal and making suitable suggestions
• Organising shopping for the meals, asking for assistance from household personnel, buying and delivering daily produce
• Serving when required, or asking the Butler for assistance and service
• Making sure that all health and safety requirements are met

You will be

• An experienced well-established Chef
• A good/spoken level of English language
• German language is a great bonus
• Capable of showcasing your portfolio (CV&Portfolio with dishes’ pictures is required) and preparing a meal as part of the interview process
• Professional and reliable
• A welcoming and friendly approach is the key
