This is a great opportunity for an experienced Butler to join a lovely household team in the heart of London, Kensington. You will work alongside a team of Butlers on a flexible rota basis, and will become a valuable household team member within a lovely estate.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking and writing down messages for Family members and employees
• Interaction with external organizations and utility providers
• Coordination of work with other employees of the estate
• Meeting and greeting Family Members and guests
• Assisting with putting and removing coats
• Assistance with luggage and shopping bags
• Assisting with the House computers and management of the audio and video systems
• Professional tableware service and waitressing at family dinners and events
• Selection, training and managing of the junior personnel, organizing their work schedule;
• Record-keeping and making orders of a stoke necessary for the Butler’s work
• Preparation and organisation of celebratory events
• Assisting the Chef with the menu preparation in accordance with the preferences and wishes of the Family Members
• Creation of fruits and berries compositions
• Order food products and monitor of expiry terms of the food
• Following and organizing the tasks of the House Manager and Family Members

Ideally, you will be/have

• Professional Butler training and experience in a household in the UK
• Professional outlook and respectful manner
• A flexible and positive approach to any given task
