Working hours are from 9:00 to 17:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and the candidate will be expected to work outside of these hours as and when required (until 7-9 pm). Also, the role requires to be available on call 24/7 for emergencies and additional possible required assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management, organising internal and external meetings with various parties
- Arrange full spectrum of first-class travel services for business and personal purposes: taxis, chauffeurs, airport “Meet and greet” services, air and train tickets, accommodation, conferencing facilities, private jets/first class
- Help with visa and passport applications including assistance with general immigration matters
- Expenses administration with a sharp eye on tax implications
- Act as the gate-keeper
- Assistance with the Board Members meetings, full scope of top level documents and materials preparation
- Carry out various possible research, presentation and clients’ related projects and assisting with business ventures, background research and presenting findings
- Personal support to CEOs’ family members when required
- Assistance with settling in the UK, organizing meetings, advising on suppliers and events
- Meeting and greeting visitors of the CEO of all backgrounds and at all levels of seniority
- Liaising with HNW clients and members of the internal executive team
- Event Management and organisational matters if requires – corporate or personal
- Other general secretarial duties and ad-hoc duties

- Native Russian speaker and fluency in English (oral and written) is essential. Strong ability to work with documents in both languages, speak to all levels in both languages and understand both cultures of the Russia/CIS and the West
- Previous engaging and solid experience as Executive Assistant to HNWI and/or top corporate executives
- Knowledge of London, culture, top locations, possible meeting places, fun places, working culture and living culture
