One of our clients is looking for a highly experienced Sales Director to focus on selling financial data and desktop solutions for Russian and CIS clients. The role plays a vital part in the development of Russian market for the client and would suit some highly experience in the field. The responsibilities will include:
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with business accounts in the Russian market;
• Constantly achieve own and group member`s team set targets
• Work closely with Product Management and analytical services to identify customer profiles for business development purposes
• Recruit, train and mobilize all staff in the region to achieve increased value creation and volume of business
• Keeping up-to-date with competitors` development and offerings, etc
To be selected you must:
• Be willing to relocate permanently to Moscow/be already based in Moscow
• Have a track record working as a Sales/Business Development/Relationship Director for a leading financial intelligence and data solutions providers
• Be a fluent Russian as well as English speaker
• Have excellent communication skills as well as client-facing abilities
• Possess strong analytical, critical and managerial skills
