Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue in assigned territories to achieve yearly personal and company sales target
- Daily review and qualify territory inbound leads from Salesforce.
- Thoroughly research and qualify leads and clients to clearly establish client budget and sales potential
- Follow up on leads ensuring accurate and detailed inputting and upkeep of all Salesforce data
- Responsive to client queries and requests within service level agreed timings
- Organise telephone calls, meetings and follow up calls.
- Liaise with clients providing account management services, taking a brief, creation of quotes, negotiation of sale, closure of sale, creating of contract, invoice, and post event management
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients, and internal departments.
- Owning many projects
- Creating presentations for customers to meet their requirements
- Explaining the benefits of the company and delivering to a customer
- Processing high volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Working consultatively with clients to sell the company’s product range
Requirements
- Basic understanding of how to create a marketing campaign – what channels would be required, budgets for campaign and what results would be expected.
- Russian speaker
- Be creative and inquisitive by nature and inventive on wanting to find the best record for the client’s marketing campaign.
- Excellent Lead, Opportunity, and pipeline management. Maintaining Salesforce is up to date.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle up to 40 client projects at the same time.
- Quick thinking with the ability to multi-task and disciplined thinking to work efficiently
- At least 3-5 years’ experience within sales and account management selling to marketing, experience, and creative agencies & brands
- CRM experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Consultative Sales Approach
- Experience in building relationships with accounts, prospects, and customers
- Upselling and maximisation of new and existing customers
- Strong negotiation skills and used to negotiating with UK B2B clients, managing opportunities, and successfully closing deals
- Experience in customer service, with the public and B2B
- Ability to prioritise and manage personal time
- Enjoys the responsibility of working autonomously
