This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual to take on the role of an administration office assistant/PA. The right candidate will be representing a large international corporation based in one of their family-feel private London office.
Responsibilities:
– General administrative assistance
– Handling documents/filling/photocopying
– Dealing with large volumes of documents, correspondence and emails
– Diary management and travel arrangements
– Executive support to CFO
– First point of contact for clients, shareholders and high profile personnel
– Liaising with suppliers and contractors
– Support in various finance/business development/investment projects
Candidate Specification:
– £22-25K per annum
– 2+ experience in an administrative office
– English II grade standard, spoken and written
– Ability to work independently and use own initiative
– Flexible individual who has a strong ability to work in a multi-national working environment
– Professional, discreet attitude
– Highly motivated and well organised individual
– Exceptional ability to multi-task
– Excellent eye for detail
– Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
