Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for new development. The ideal candidate will harbor a passion for design and construction and devote his or her creativity to their extensive project. The position includes benefits and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the client from the start of the project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision.
• Oversee the beginning of the current turn-key project, including procurement duties.
• Create the schedule for the construction and match talent to the job.
• Process changes orders
• Collaborate with the architect and construction team to ensure the feasibility of the project.
• Conduct meetings on-site with the architect, client, and construction team.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit project estimates.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
• 5+ years’ experience in building multifamily residences
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
• Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment

Additional Information
• The position requires the successful candidate to work 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri.
• A discretionary bonus after one year’s service based on results.
