We are now looking for a Russian Speaking professional whose desire is to work as a part of a new team, as well as the expert in thermal engineering!

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HVAC and Thermal systems across light and heavy vehicles
  • Experience debugging CAN issues
  • Experience supporting technical issues
  • Experience with root cause analysis e.g. 8-D Investigations
  • Used to working across cross functional teams to provide issue resolution
  • Ability to prioritise issues and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for the HVAC and Thermal system
  • Should be the subject matter expert for their sub system
  • Responsible for developing Fault Detection algorithms that can be implemented in the Service Platform
  • Responsible for root cause analysis of issues found in the field
  • Responsible for tracking and finding trending and developing issues in the field
  • Responsible for highlighting and implementing any recalls or contaminants required
  • Responsible for developing any tooling to streamline the process of diagnostics and repair in the field
  • Should be working with the build and design teams to develop the product based on issues reported in the field
  • Development of technical training material
