Due to rapid expansion of Red Square International, we are now looking for bright individuals at graduate level who are interested in a long-term career within HR, Recruitment and Executive Search.

You will be working as a part of our dynamic and close-knit team, where you will be learning on the go. You will start by getting involved in all aspects of the company’s operations ranging from administrative all the way to business development tasks. You will also undertake various research duties and be required to help senior consultants performing candidate search, obtaining the necessary checks, dealing with correspondence, ad responses and appointments – both on candidates’ and clients’ side, our database and website along with all the advertising platforms and job boards. We will train you, support you and encourage you all the way, but will also expect excellent results from you.

This is initially a 3 months trainee/internship position, but if you shine bright – we guarantee a permanent position! It might be tough at a times, but it will always be fun!

• A graduate calibre candidate with 1st class/2:1 from UK-recognised degree;
• Quick thinker/learner, adaptable individual;
• Hungry to succeed;
• Excellent communicator with confident manner and ability to deal with HNW & UHNWIs;
• Can-do approach and willingness to get involved are necessary for the role;
• Fluent English as well as Russian skills are compulsory.
