This is a great opportunity for a top level executive at Directors/CEO level with emerging markets experience (Russia and CIS) in oil and gas/metals or other natural resources industry, fluent English and Russian and strong background in origination, deal management and pre-IPO processes.
Ideally we need:
– Directors level managerial experience;
– Knowledge of Russia/CIS region;
– Degree from top business school;
– Top level executive experience in oil and gas/metals and mining or other resources field;
– Fluency in Russian and English as well as strong knowledge of both business cultures;
– Strong ability to make efficient strategic decisions and deliver results.
