Family of Three | Healthy Cuisine Focus | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
A private family of three based in London is seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Chef to prepare healthy, high-quality meals and manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the family
- Develop and maintain a nutritious, seasonal menu tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary goals
- Prepare meals using modern healthy cooking techniques (baking, sous-vide, steaming, etc.)
- Specialise in Mediterranean cuisine and other healthy international dishes
- Ensure elegant presentation of dishes and assist with table setting
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen at all times
- Manage grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing
Requirements
- Proven experience working for VIP families or in fine dining / Michelin-starred or 5-star restaurants
- In-depth knowledge of healthy cuisine and contemporary cooking methods
- Excellent skills in dish presentation and understanding of table etiquette
- Good command of English, Russian is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, discretion, and reliability
- Willingness to work a rotational schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, no days off during work shift)
- Legal right to work in the UK (UK residency or valid EU residency with permission to work in the UK)
- CV and Portfolio is required
