The job will focus on building an operational base, developing the sales team and establishing connections for a new-age advertising agency with a compelling new-tech strategy. The role has the potential for partnership within one year. Responsibilities
- Establishing an office – searching for office ideas, reviewing available spaces, negotiating contracts
- Hiring essential team members – liaising with an agency, interviewing, onboarding, creating operational systems – payroll, HMRC, KPIs etc.
- Building awareness within the consumer goods and services sectors about the efficient and cost-effective new-age marketing and advertising strategies the firm has to offer
- Working with the sales staff to motivate and achieve set targets
- Communicating online with clients around the UK when necessary to seal the deal
- Negotiating contracts
- Monitoring delivery, liaising with the tech team abroad, reporting to the Principals
- Liaising with top management, reporting, strategising etc.
- Operational and office management when required
- Budgeting for various solutions and developments
- Offering efficient solutions for the development of the company
Key Skills
- Advertising agency experience is ideal, any other relevant industries could be considered
- Relevant education – business, creative, finance, administration
- Sound UK-based experience, market knowledge, skills in arranging and running company operations
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
- Understanding of the fast-paced, demanding and driven culture of fast-achieving growth
- Entrepreneurial drive and desire to become more than just a number – willingness to go the extra mile to achieve partnership
