This is an excellent opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with fluency in both Russian and English to join a technology-focused company based in the heart of London. There is an opportunity for the candidate to get a complete relocation package if they are based somewhere else in the world. There is also an option for an overseas-based candidate to work remotely without relocation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures
- Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks
- Oversee payroll-related processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward programs
Key skills
- 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role
- Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends
- Solid understanding of UK labour laws and compensation regulations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach
- Fluent Russian and English languages
