This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced applications marketing specialist, who has sound knowledge and experience in launching and scaling mobile applications, as well as running web-to-user funnels, marketing campaigns, managing marketing budgets for efficient results. This role is available as a permanent placement and/or a part-time/fixed-term contract, depending on the candidate’s needs and potential. Our client is a successful app development company with an amazing app portfolio and exciting ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

We currently have several iOS apps with strong scaling potential. In the near term, our priorities are:

  • running Web2Web campaigns
  • opening new acquisition channels for our iOS apps
  • strengthening web payment flows (conversion + funnel performance)
  • + getting advanced-level support to lead and advise the team on UA initiatives, with a hands-on approach (strategy, experimentation cadence, and performance reviews)
  • In the near term, our growth priorities include Web2Web campaigns, opening new acquisition channels, and supporting web payment flows. To make this work, we need a strong creative partner who can help us build a reliable pipeline for ideation → production → iteration, and collaborate closely with UA/performance marketing to ship creatives fast and learn from results

Key skills

  • Past successful experience of launching mobile apps and marketing their development
  • Experience in driving scalable paid user acquisition with clear ownership of testing and optimisation
  • Hands-on usage of key tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, analytics platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer / Adjust), and structured creative testing workflows
  • Opening web2web funnels and successfully running web2web payment flows
  • Turning performance data into actionable growth decisions rather than operating at a purely strategic level
  • Active experience of the mobile world products and applications
  • At least an intermediate + level of English (has to be able to communicate in English with colleagues, write and speak at the job-required level)
  • Russian language skills
  • Passionate about new technologies and AI advances
  • Ability to create a strategy, make decisions and manage marketing efforts
