Are you a UK Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in corporate law? We currently have a unique opportunity for a Russian Speaking Qualified Solicitor to join a family feel law firm in Central London with great career prospects and entrepreneurial environment. The company is looking for a self-motivated professional with transactional experience.
As a Russian Speaking Qualified Solicitor you will be responsible for:
– Drafting contracts for corporate deals;
– Providing high level practical and concise legal advice and representation;
– Working close with partners of the company;
– Ensure the legality of commercial transactions;
– Will participate in business development and strategy procedures.
Ideal candidate for Russian Speaking Qualified Lawyer position should have/be:
– A qualified UK solicitor with 2-5 PQE;
– Corporate/commercial law experience is a must;
– Experience within corporate in-house environment and/or law firm’s corporate division;
– Fluent Russian and English.
